I like the type. I think you can sty only with the type. I've seen the symbol used in a pretty familiar logo, just i don't remember it exactly now. But the type looks good and i really think can function on it's own very well.

thanks tass for your input, I agree with you, I like how this logo could be used with just the type alone and with the mark. Good portfolio by the way.
