The concept for Warsaw Ghetto Museums new visual identity we came up with. Unofficial logo.
Today is built on memories of the past. And some memories, even sore ones, should be transmitted to the future to make a change. This was the idea that inspired us.
The logo reflects the bond between the past, the present and the future. The stylized Star of David, which people living in the Ghetto, were forced to wear, transforms into W – the first letter of Warsaw. It reflects that Ghetto was the part of the citys past, yet it remains and will always stay within its walls and memories.
During the transition we see reviving documentary photos of Ghetto reality, as reminder that all that happened there was real.
