Thank you very much.**I could never commit to dropping the border line. I found it helped tie in the thin dashed lines in the center of the logo.

I like this a lot. I do tend to agree with mfrank. I think you can loose the outer line, or at least make it the same color as the outside boarder. Great job either way.

I would maybe lose the outter outline (red one) and make Charlottesville/Virginia a tad bigger (it's almost unreadable). Just a thought :)
