Description:
Logo my buddy asked me to do a while back. It's a pink and teal building for a night club near the gulf coast. That's about all I had to go by...
This concept draws it's shape directly from the facade of the building. The V is meant to also create a downwards facing arrow (pointing to the building) that loosely says "Hey, this is where it's happening"
Made these logos for them only to hear back, "Oh, uh my wife has a neice that does logos so we just got her to do it. Thanks though."

wow. that is atrocious nate. clearly there was a lot of thought behind %22the niece%22 logo. jokes aside, this one has thought and reason behind it which i can respect. my only issue is the 'V' seems slightly large (just slightly because i know you want to get the grandiose feel).

ReplyI didn't see the %22niece%22 logo (where is the link?), but this one is nice!*If it's any consolation, I also had similar experience with friends who have no knowlidge or taste in design.*Good work is good even if it doesn't get printed.

ReplyAlso, sorry I've been MIA recently. Been a nuts month or so, switching jobs, moving, and a vacation all within three weeks. Busy busy. Anyway, things should be clearing up here now
