To be honest I would search for another green shape for tree, the inside looks good with all those circles, maybe simplify them a little in connected colors, and you need that bird on type? If my words are making some sense to you, of course. It could be sweet design then. What do you think?
I know what you mean and you might be right, but that bird on type was a client request. And i really know that many creative logos are made for fun. Many clients have wishes or own ideas.*Though, i think that those two birds give to the logo a nice, living-like perspective.*
