Not readable at all. You need more of the A, or at least a little more of the curve at the bottom to round it off.
Admittedly some people will not read it easily, but I read it first time and I like it.
I also read it the first time, although I didn't think I was reading it properly because it's not a common word. I think legibility is more important on names that people aren't familiar with, so I don't disagree with admarcbart's suggestion.**What feeling are you trying to achieve with this logo? At the moment, it's kind of mysterious, flighty, and it also feels a little middle-eastern. Not sure if that's what you're going for with a shoe company.
alhaja is a word in spanish, the target market imo, senses it at common, as for the arab type, yeah owner has arab roots and I Tried to portray that. The logo will be mostly used on leather and faux leather pieces, shoes, blazers etc. Its aimed at women 18-35. There are 3 colors in the brand system, this one, hot pink and gold. thanks for the comment.
