WIP for an investment product known as a Real Estate Investment Trust, which buys open-air shopping centers, that may include large "Big-Box" retailers, smaller specialty retailers, and/or things like grocery stores, places to eat, or perhaps entertainment venues, all within an open-air space. We acquire these retail centers throughout the United States.
