The mark seems a little %22disconnected%22 to me. Maybe the inner lines could be extended a little until they run into the others and be cut off at an angle rather than straight through.
@Joe: What you suggested will make the negative space look like a square. I like the mark as it is now as the negative space shows a mark tht is very dynamic! :)
