Hi Pumook, yeah the foot prints are self-explanatory, they symbolise people coming and going (pathway). The central circle series symbolise the organisation and the employees inside the organisation. The U shapes indicate acceptance and acknowledgment. The North Coast Aboriginal Corporation for Community Health explained some of the symbolism in aboriginal and islander art.

I like it. Wonder if the foot prints would be better created out of the larger white extensions. The scale of the feet is too small. I live it though.
