I can see the similarities, but really, the logos don't look too much alike. CBS is a circular shape, Alen's is an oval shape. The shapes creating the negative space of the 'I' are different, and there is a big 'W' in the pupil. I really don't think CBS can say much. Just my two cents. %3B-)
