Hey, just wondering why so many colors - i think You should use some negative space and make one hand red and the other in the color of the background. Just o though :)

Adding to guys comments, I'd make the right hand smaller to have more space in the heart.
while you are at it... rotate the Big hand more clockwise. It will fit better withing the heart.
