I like the concept, but the Z winds up seeming like an N at first glance, and the E seems separated from the rest of the logo since the color is not repeated anywhere else.
Totally had this idea jump into my head the other day. Had a feeling I had seen it before. Came on here, low and behold there is is. So in the nicest most professional way possible, damn you Joe.
