Reminds me of logmein with the circles.
didn't know Log me in, I was asked to symbolise a globe formed by dots
I second LogMeIn comment, it is very similar.
That's not to sat it was copied or inspired by it. Just that they are very close.
in the case of Logmein the circles are to forme an arc, but here the circles are to forme a globe
