Description: Chosen concept. Sierra Real Estate: Property Management, Construction Services, and Real Estate Investment in NYC. Client wanted an updated logo. Requested modern, simple and clean. They also wanted to incorporate buildings or windows.

Still in use! I'm not fond of the way they changed it but, I guess it could be worse!
