At first glance it looked out of balance but then the H becomes apparent. I suggest trying it with 3 colors, with the logo reversed out... just a thought.

Also I can't manage to get much attention%3B because I'm looking for the same kind of constructive tips that I lent you, but I don't have that kinda traffic to my showcase.
I don't think that uploading the %22S%22 hand sign logo would be a good idea, it is more a common %22hip-hop%22 hand sign, it would be like uploading the L.A or Atlanta hand sign.
This is a great concept. I agree with danlev, I read it perfectly the first time i glanced at it, but it took a few seconds for the %22H%22 to form. I love logos that make me look twice!
