Description: Hearts, Minds & Momentum℠ (HM&M) is a Waggener Edstrom proprietary research methodology that measures emotional and rational brand attributes in the context of marketplace momentum. HM&M enables companies to determine brand imagery within a competitive context and holistically assess the brand on both emotional and rational brand metrics. The brand momentum measure is sensitive to marketing communications efforts revealing which brand has the most “buzz” in a market. This was not the final chosen but one I believe would have been a good choice.
