This is a non-profit charity called 'Hello, Sunshine'. Hello, Sunshine helps to train shelter dogs to be companions for individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, PTSD, and other issues.
The owners of this new charity recently had a small dog that passed away, so they would like to dedicate this charity in remembrance of the dog.
