It has similarities to the Chase Bank logo, of course. But I haven't seen it exactly like that.

Is this concept really close to chase? It does have the overall shape, but I feel that it is quite different in execution. Could I get some more thoughts...

To me, it seems too close to Chase. Many people are very familiar with that logo and there could be confusion. Even though, this would be used in a different market, I think people coming to use your services might even be confused and naturally think of Chase's logo. Just something to consider.
