very cool concept. Why didn't you use an '?' insted of the '!'? It would have underlined the helplessness.
Unless the company's name is 'oh!Help' and not 'oh?Help'

The company should consider a renaming from Oh! Help to Oh? Help. Besides that, I really like the logo, gorz. Awesome colors :-)
