This is close to being great. Some of the elements just need some rearranging and realigning.

the flag should stay in the bubble. it doesn't look right where it is. more like an afterthought. try another font, too. I know why you went with Copperplate, but I don't think it is working here.

thank you, Sam and Trish, i didnt do polish since it was rejected :P but the suggestion is helpful and will be definitely considered in the some other projects.
