it looks like a Puffin eating a fish. why parrot and fish? it does not make a whole lot of sense since parrots eat nuts. Puffins, at least, have a similar profile, but do eat fish (and are brightly colored).

THEArtist do look a bit like puffin but for me looks more like parrot I dont try to make like one eat the other but could look like that thanks for comment ;)
