Thanks Dalius, yeah problem was the e. or I could have matched it perfectly.*Nav, no I'm not sure but I think this inspired me http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/57323 or maybe my elefont logo or CityDirect logo or ....not sure maybe?

I especially like the extremely subtle inner shadow. I wonder if it's intentional or comes from the color choice.

i'm not glad the client didn't spell it with a J. wait it's pronounced with a 'gu' sound, isn't it, i was thinking more like the sound a 'g' makes in the word 'giraffe'.**stellar as usual, mike.

Kinda makes me wonder... Read my response to Nav on May 17th. Look at this logo and then compare to my comment. Then this..http://brandstack.com/logo-design/details/13127 Just saying.

%5E too many coincidences,.. but humm.. guess it could just happen ehh?

No, you and raja in particular seem to 'inspire' plenty of people. I guess there's a reason for that.

Well Roy That's what we are here for right? I love to inspire, really I do,... Inspire to get people %22motivated%22 but not to inspire and slightly change a concept or steal an idea based off of a comment or idea. Not saying they did but, this is happening all too much and not much ethics is being used lately especially from these Prefab logos or new gumball machine logo sites as of late.... I dunnknow. I enjoy Inspiring so I guess it's two fold.

I agree with epsilon. Report it. After all this copying crap that's been going on, I think the easiest and least stressful way to deal with brandstack to hit the copied works hard and fast. Screw being nice. If someone is putting up a too similar work for sale, without looking for feedback or asking if its been done before, I think we should stop approaching the designers and politely reuesting, or even angrily demanding them to remove their piece. Just report it and be done with the whole thing. It's too much effort otherwise.**

%5EProb is,.. only from my previous %22gato%22 comments and current logo, is an issue and BS is well BS now. Been uploading work to copyright sites also, so this may help issue.

%5EI prefer shaming them on here first, personally. IMO Brandstack users who frequent Logopond should help police Brandstack. Some of course do, others just turn a blind eye.

%5E LOl but what if??? what if they just came up with that concept? It could be possible. Always happens in the 'After fact%22 though in most cases.

Chad Sanderson Dec. 09 '09

I think having something similar on LP is different. At some point in time we all have a similar concept as someone else, but that doesn't mean we throw it up for sale right away. Like if one of devout members popped on right after you posted it and said hey- %22There's something similar out there! (insert link here)%22 then you would probably remove it.**But (to me at least) it seems like the majority of BS has no idea what's out there, and very rarely makes those kinds of comments. Like that 'elefront' logo or whatever the heck it was had 0 comments on being similar on it. (Unless my memory fails me.) And every thing goes up as a product to sell...to a concept in progress.**Maybe I've just gotten senile and bitter.

Hey Mike, sorry to hear about yet another one of yours, in my opinion as soon as we upload our work here, we are vulnerable to be copied, the good news is that you have many great ideas for any problem to solve for your clients, in short to make you feel better, you should take this as a compliment, if that was a copy CAT (get it?) it was a bad one, it doesn't have a nice flow.

Thanks Wes, but I was just pointing out and asking others for their opinion. Yeah I had my feelings. I'm not trying to be a trouble maker. Just calling things how I see them, that's all. Thanks for the attention to the matter.
