I needed a name for my LLC and I thought it would be awkward to use %22Jared Lunde, llc%22 so I decided Lunde Design, llc had a more practical use. I wanted something that had a real corporate feel and that I could expand on in the future.

ReplyFrankly I think only the idea is similar. Execution-wise yours is head and shoulders above theirs and this may be sufficient for them to be distinctly different.
