Looks a bit like Penalty logo. **http://penaltysports.net/menu/menuSuperior/images/Logotipo_Penalty_1.jpg**I think the concept is pretty different, but visually its very close.

Hmm, interesting. Of course I've never heard of penalty but the marks indeed share some similarities..
