ReplyMark is awesome!
ReplyI think his name is Cielma.
ReplyThanks guys!
ReplyYup, my name is Leszek Cielma :)
Beautiful!
ReplyUhm, pretty sure this is type in the form of a sax, right? Or is that the obvious joke and I'm just really dumb? (Setting myself up here.)
ReplyAnyway, I love the minimalism here. Nice job!
I've seen only Monograms removed and also stay. Who Knows?
ReplyWell, I had my personal logo mark (X-mas version) put into the gallery and then quickly removed because there was no type. But, similar situation here, because my mark also has an S in it.
ReplyI think David is going to hate My opinion but I think sometimes JUST a mark is worthy. Less is More right?. Imagine if the designer of NIKE Posted JUSt the SWoosh? would be be OK????
ReplyI asked David if a monogram could be put in the gallery and he said yes. This is so beautifully done, it totally deserves it.

Replyonly reason im letting it slide, and Mike the nike swoosh would only get in because its branding is global and well known the swoosh practically means nike the words now
its 1972 or whenever the nike logo first came out if it was placed on logopond then, no it would not get in
P.S. I dont mind every now and then when something exemplary is put in the gallery that breaks the 'rules' I just don't want to see a glut of them filling the entire thing.
