Description: Balloons not Bombs is a festival supporting the advancement of human rights. Balloons not Bombs is a one day festival centered around what will be the largest balloon fight the world has ever seen; 13,000 people and 300,000 water balloons. Proceeds from this festival will be donated towards a partnering organization (soon to be identified) dedicated to direct, tangible, on-the-ground work in the field of human rights. It's a "war for peace" without the hypocrisy.
