Fantastic Trish. Your best work yet.
Replyyeah, I'm going to see if I can get them to shorten that name somewhat. thanks much for the floats and kind words!
ReplyThis is awesome but I'd like it more without the gradients, though they do help shape the mountain a bit. :)
ReplyNice! Like it! Name under leaf?
Reply%5E%5E Good eye-dea

ReplySolid update. Beautiful.
Replyreduced the gradients and adjusted the type. I think this reads and looks better.
ReplyJared, I have to say I didn't even think about it looking like a mountain. happy accident that. there are mountains all over that area. thanks!
Replytoo honest ya think? I should have just nodded and said, %22yeah, the mountain, pretty cool idea, eh?%22 I will tell the client that, however...

ReplyNice Job Trish, I think is well balanced one of your strongest pieces.**And I see the mountain too : )
Replygood news! my sister approved this. she said it was simply awesome!**thank goodness! we could really use the money.
ReplyThank you Lalohead and Rudy!
Replycongrats Trish, glad to hear that :)
Replyjust found out my sister was fired from her last position (spite and politics). now I feel guilty charging her for this logo...**any website designers available for a little advice? I need some very basic info to put my sister's website together. you know, standard page size and so on. anyone?
ReplyThank you George and Muamer!
Replyso my sister was supposed to have started her business with a partner, but they immediately started to butt heads about the name (Sherry wanted Aspen because of its association with water and Sandy wanted Bristlecone Pine because she is all about earth). when I sent me quote for the logo, %24300.00 (because she is my sister), Sandy said it was too much money and, besides, she is a watercolor artist and can do the logo herself. I told my sister to have her call me right away! (I understand her addiction to publisher already has local printers hating her.)
ReplyIf anyone is interested, I designed the website that goes with this brand. The url is: www.aspenhydrologic.com Please let me know what you think. A website developer I am not, keep in mind.
ReplyThank you for the floats Marc and Chad!
ReplyMikey, thanks for the float!
ReplyWhat the hell? I'm just trying to thank R for the float! (let's see if this one goes through)
