Description:
While most contractors can build, very few can design. Thornhill does both.
Homeowners have become conditioned to call on designers and builders separately to complete their projects. This mis-match approach often leads to increased costs and inconsistent results. Builders tend to have their own style which can interfere with a designers vision.
With Thornhill, the advantage of both designing and building allows for a seamless delivery of the final product, and for much happier customers.
Our goal with this identity was to bring together the design and build aspects of the business by merging two of the most iconic symbols of each business – the designer’s pencil, and the builder’s bolt.

ReplyI have a feeling that at small sizes, you should have an alternate where the bolt threads are bigger and further apart. But this is a clever solution to integrate design %26 build.
