Kevin, I really like the look of the IVY part, however the Y looks a bit forced between the v and y. Not sure about the rest just yet but struck me as elegant at first sight.

Wow, the client wasn't what I expected at all. It sounds like an elitist group of Ivy Leaguers (we only hire Yale and Harvard boys here, son). I wonder how they arrived at that name for a Gay and Lesbian community site? ...wait, or is the between-the-lines of your statement, %22...intellectually, culturally, politically, and professionally engaged...%22 code language for Ivy League Alumni gay and lesbians?
