Cool!, in my opinion, green field in the background should bo more calm, She is more important than the field, so the red and black are doing good job, but maybe it's not enough. I would also try different smile. By the way, it's sweet.
Replyit does look like a food brand. it is not all that similar, but reminds me of the Land O'Lakes logo.
