Nice logo. The tractor is a little hard to see though and is somewhat overpowered by the rest of the logo. You might want to consider making it larger within the space.

I had the same comment before I read the above. The tractor gets lost...even at this relatively large size. Plus it seems the vineyard rows and the tractor's perspective don't quite match.
