Great mark. So simple! I know you're going for impact here but I'm not sure about the font.. probably because I'm expecting the usual logomotive flourish. %3B).*
I agree with the others. Regarding the font, I feel a %22skunk tail%22 addition could bring the type to fruition. It needs something. Or maybe you repeat the tail for the exclamation point. Even so, I like the concept!
nice concept. But I know I have seen this logo done before. If I remember I will pass the info on to you. But I wanna say it was a clothing line. I remember seeing it at a trade show.
Thanks and Happy New year guys.*LP is great because you don't have to do the research, others do it for you :-)*Well I've never seen %22just%22 the S used as a mark before but can imagine it's very possible that it can be out there. The skunk tail is a very strong image kind of like a zebra and there are many of those logos out there.I'm just hoping that this exact concept is not already done.*As far as the type goes, well undecided. I wanted it to be strong and make a statement not sure but yeah, it does kinda stink.%3B-)**
FWIW I actually like the font. But I am always anti the masses here for some reason. Maybe I am just weird. I would imagine if I saw a skunk and I said %22oh Sh!t%22 And words would appear above my head like cartoons, the font would look just like that :P
BTW%3D By The WAy,.. cerise I took it as a compliment of course. Anytime I hear one of my logos get mentioned in the same sentence as Paul or Saul I take it as a big compliment. Thanks
I liked it as soon as I saw it! Simple yet creative. It's fun for artists to imagine what else could have been done, but it takes a clever design to get us thinking in the first place. What ever you decide, it will always be a winner.

ReplyPaul Rand liked simple fonts and apparently he was pretty good. But then again times have moved on but overall nice logo mate!!

Replyrepeating the tail in the type would be redundant, IMO.
