thanks Glen,I was happy with how the effect conveyed sound (analog) while creating the x. somewhat of a happy accident :-)
Happy accidents rock!! The way you varied the line weight to create that 'X' is genius. Nicely done, dude.
I agree with Ocularink, very clever. This one caught my eye on the Sauce.
Ha Ha, Rock just got that one OC. Thanks U2
Man that IS clever good work mike
Thanks cerise yeah a favorite accident of mine. :-)
Howdy Bart!, thanks. One of those logos that's has the concept in a precise execution.
Hey I recognize this logo from a contest at logosauce. You're the dude! Cool man I love your work:-)
Yeah, I was a true advocate against logo contests and still not hip on the idea. If one is to be an advocate on anything I think they need to experience both sides and I have. So after it all, I'm sitting on the fence. I will not participate again but do not knock those that do because I have no idea of their situation or life.:-)
Whoa...I didn't expect that from you. You're against logo contests? But you were kicking everyone's ass at logosauce. You won like at least a dozen comps. You were pretty good at it! Then u just left:-(
LOl not really, but what about all those other designers that where also good and did not win. get my point? The only one really making out is the client and at a cheap price. To each their own though, some people don't have a choice but to enter a contest. It's a very competitive market out there for someone starting out so that's why I say to each their own.
As a graphic design trainee, I think contests are helpful to build up a portfolio ( full creative control of the design and no limitations like CI, time etc...). Also it is a good way to earn more money legaly (assuming, of course, that you win%3B)
BTW it is truly a great design%3C%3C loved your work @ logosauce (I actually thougt once that this guy is as good as logomotive!) :D
