Description:
Logo done for a Web design Co. Using the "coding/programming" aspect to convey VOODOO and a big part of what they do, I used backslash,forward slash,line break, and parenthesis to create Voodoo. The client did not want the "black Magic" or "voodoo doll" aspect, but more of a magical way of taking something complex and making it simple. Well This is the first concept.

Thinking it's ok if I Even up the back slashes and line break to ()'s here. Thoughts?

ReplyI see you've shorten up the line break (or whatever is called, I mean D's stem). Looks nice, but I think I preferred how it looked before, the advantage is it's in the middle, feels balanced and also reminds of a pin.
ReplyYes, I'm walking a fine line here. Client don't want that dark evil side of Voodoo, so I am trying to give them a balance with subliminal messages if that makes sense.
