Can you see the rotated UUP? Does not have to scream.
Replythe font is just a little too chunky and kerned a little too tightly. the letters tend to run together. I think this is perfect for the industry and client.

Replynice job logoboom, saw the UUP easily. I agree with the font, seems a little thick. needs a little breathing room IMO.
