I think the P should be the same size as the rest of the word.

The mark is great! Nice incorporation with the A too. IMO the type competes with the mark because of the size. Have you tried making the type a tad smaller?
Yeah, type should be smaller with greater spacing. Maybe also a clean serif typeface for %22real estate%22 for variety and contrast.
