I don't mind this at all. I would try to make the steam 2 instead of 2 so it sort of represents the hands of the clock and pointing to 12 oclock (midnight). Also out of curiosity, is this name a legit business name? Just sounds weird using 'Coffee' instead of something more creative like 'Brew'. But if its just an exercise thats fine. Nice work.

Actually i designed this for a logo contest,
Yes,the business name is legit it is a new creative agency specializing in website design, custom coding and specialized branding.

I've designed anotheer logo in which i've incorporated pencil and coffee, you can see it as well in my profile.
Not sure for what he is actually looking for he rejected both the concepts.
