I kinda understand what you are saying simplepop but it really is a different style, this is a polygon 3d rendering, i don't think its similar enough to justify removing from the site, i'll leave this one to Art Machine.

You have totally stolen my concept / idea right down to the name that i came up with, come on at least be original with the name and make it so obvious.... Just because you have changed the style does mean it is still not a complete steal, and then faking is that it comes from this logo design, really - come on you are better than this!
