The design is based off a DNA strand (Incites brings to life what the client is wanting), while the arrows represent the the back and forth collaboration between Incites and their client.

Nice work. Some of the gradients are a bit too much color change from one end to the other in my opinion, but this is a great concept and memorable mark.
