That Z is a little hard to read, dont you think? I mean, one would try to look at the red shape an leave the green one alone, by asossiation. At first, I didn't know if it was a 2, a Z o a L.
I agree with Barmin. The curl at the top angle of the z makes it look more like a 2. I do like the feel of the logo, it just suffers from legibility problems. Also, kerning wise, the c needs more breathing room.
