Add to Pad (In 0 Pad s )

Description: Work project. Editor was looking for a logo that included some sort of element that says "Rhode Island" to the viewer. Originally I started with more of a graphic treatment with an icon etc. But then we changed it to a Type set logo. I incorporated the wave found on Most RI Lic plates into the type and used the Lic plate color palette.
