Description: I have to design a logo for a villa on Inhaca Island, Mozambique. The name of the Vila is Carapau (horse mackerel)- it is a small species of fish that almost look like sardines. They swim together in big schools. For this logo I used the basic shape of the fish to create a decorative pattern that can be used as the symbol of the lodge. I used aqua colours to reflect the sea. There is an alternative option that includes a golden colour together with aqua, combining the sun & sea colour combination that is typically island style. Please note: The Portuguese spelling for villa is with one 'l'.
