ReplyLoving this logo. Really clever idea and well executed!
ReplyThanks so much everybody, so nice to see your kind comments :)
ReplyNow that's how you do a logo with film. Nice to see a fresh taken on something being overdone. Bravo!
ReplyGreat job!
ReplyI'd lose the vertical pole. I know it's there for the carousel horse...but not needed IMO
Replygreat it has own atmosphere ...
ReplyReally nice! I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism? The typeface is great, but I feel the 'M' is out of proportion in comparison to the 'C'. It looks huge, I think its the overshoot where the two crossbars meet that's not working. I wondering if the 'M' could be decreased in size to match the majority letters and the 'A' at the end of 'media' could be increased to match the large 'C', I'm thinking this would give a much better balance overall. **Also the horses all share the same look, if the left and right horses were given an extended run, i.e. front legs and hind legs extended in front of and behind the body it would relate much better to the tradition of a zoetrope. If the logo was ever animated, this would allow a moving horse as the film turns, and further increase the concept and really bring it home.
ReplySorry... overshoot where the two *strokes meet
ReplyYou, my friend, are a clever designer. Keep it up!
ReplyAll aboard...very cool.
