This is a unique concept. I think you could eliminate the shape in the background altogether. After that, don't stack EZ, it makes it hard to read. Had you not mentioned what the company was, I would have had no idea what the name was.

Hi Spiffyj**Thank you for your comment and suggestion, on description i added the translation of the word Bourse, which mean stock exchange Market, so the logo is for a website who will learn all the related stuff to stock exchange, in an easy way, if i rely to buyer description.**
