Pretty good job. A couple things...you should remove the bottom of the letters under the arch (so it cuts them off.) I don't know if I'm a fan on the gradients you have going in the %22O.%22 They seem sort of haphazardly drawn in, there's no seamless flow between them. Your kerning also needs work. I think with a little reworking, this mark will be awesome!

Thanks Spiffyj. I adjusted the gradients and the kerning on this version. Still toying with some other options with the text. Some felt it was a bit hard to read without the lower portion of the word.
