Like this concept a lot! I feel like the guitar and studio type might be a hair to heavy. I see your issue with the tag. What if you have %22school of%22 on the top line, but jog %22excellence%22 to the right a letter... that way it will follow the s curve and also give you more of rag. Nice logo!
