Excellent logo overall. Good integration of the typeface with the icon you chose%3B I also like the subtle color differences that give it that glossy look. My only suggestion would be to experiment with different arrangements for the two main elements%3B keeping them where they are will definitely limit where you can place the logo. Great job!
very interesting and fantastic looking mark, terrible choice of typeface, lose the glossy look of the typeface, actually loose the typeface... personally a classic sans serif would compliment this better, I'm thinking 'Rhonda'. All in all good job!
