This illustration is awesome, the typeface itself is also sweet. I think the composition in whole needs some work to really make this logo pop. If the 'and' was perhaps an ampersand instead same size or bigger than the other type, then make the whole type section smaller underneath the illustration then it would pull all the elements together.
