for some reason when it was a thumbnail i saw women surrounding the star! does anyone else see that?*

i see pigs with really long snouts or elephants with really short snouts in the negative space :)

I saw horses. Since you've mentioned the negative space, I'm all weirded out.

Looking at it closely, I would hazard a guess that the dog profile is supposed to be doberman or maybe a great dane. Would recommend using a different dog profile. Something unmistakenly a dog's head. If the negative space were also canine, that would be a huge plus. Round the corners of the star, too. That star is too jarring in comparison with the rest.

I like that I've dropped some lsd into the pond! I've always been looking at this trying to figure out what others may think, thanks for the comments!! I'll probably be revising the logo sometime in '09, and I'll certainly take your thoughts to heart in the overhaul.

It looks like a bunch of shoes to me. I also see the pigs/elephants in the negative space, but I think they look more like aardvarks.
