I don't know if incorporating the TM into your logo is such a great %22detail%22 as it calls a lot of attention to it. I'm also not sure of the legal issues surrounding usage of TMs. You might want to look into it yourself as you may not be able to use it in the way that you have. Other than that the logo doesn't do much for me - there's nothing unique or memorable about it. Sorry.
